This series of twenty children's faces, CHILDREN IN THE TRAIN, followed the Apostles. I began to extend the objects glued on to the canvas from kozo fibers to moss, bones, beads, feathers, pebbles, and many others. Once I saw a newspaper photo of a refugee train from Kozovo, filled with children. I painted the train with a child's face behind each window.
